St. Louis native and community activist Billy Rucker has spent the entirety of his professional career empowering young people to recognize and exercise their agency to effect positive change for themselves and their communities.  In April 2019, Rucker was ready to take the next step in realizing his mission: to equip impoverished youth with the knowledge, skills and resources needed to rise out of poverty for good. Leveraging his extensive background in marketing and youth engagement, he built an agency that provides media production services and uses a portion of the profits generated to support the Wayfinders Youth Program.
