YOUTH PROGRAM
The Wayfinders Youth Program grew out of a desire to nurture generations of young people in St. Louis and Santo Domingo and equip them with the knowledge, skills, and resources to thrive. The Wayfinders youth program model provides an empowering and engaging environment for youth to learn, to grow, and to become active participants in both their overall well-being and the well-being of their communities. We strive to serve our program participants with purpose, humility, and courage.
In helping young people to become leaders and recognize the best within themselves, all of us at Wayfinders are charged with serving as exemplars of compassionate leadership, intentional community investment, and a continuous drive toward excellence. Wayfinders is more than a media production and property management agency. It is an example of utilizing community resources to invest in the future of young people. It is an active demonstration of our belief that the holistic development of vulnerable youth is critical to building stronger, healthier communities.
